Once we understand your needs, our System Designer will work with you to create a comprehensive design for your new AV system. The design will include all of the necessary information: type and number of components required, placement, and detailed renderings of the system, considering your specific needs and desires and any limitations or challenges that need to be considered. After the design is finalized, our engineers will create detailed drawings and specifications used during the installation process.
After the design is finalized and approved, our installation team will install the system. Our technicians will carefully follow the drawings and specifications to ensure that everything is installed correctly and meets our high-quality standards.
When the installation is complete, our programming team will oversee and program all components to ensure they work together perfectly and intuitively. They will also configure any particular features or settings that you may want.
The commissioning process is the next step. Our technicians will test the system to ensure it is working correctly. They will also calibrate all components to ensure accurate colors and images.
After the system has been successfully commissioned, our technicians will provide a comprehensive training session so that you can learn how to use your new AV system.

We will provide a free post-installation service visit after 30 days to ensure that everything is running smoothly. The post-installation appointment offers our technicians an opportunity to ensure that you are satisfied with your new system.
